The story of CORU house

Collaborating closely with the owner to successfully meet the investment goals.

After a series of successful partnerships managing individual apartments for our client, we progressed to fulfilling their broader vision for an entire apartment house. With the client's clear objectives for long-term investment returns in mind, we focused on developing a business model poised to deliver ambitious results. In close collaboration with the owner and their design team, we carefully suggested the appropriate tiers for the apartments and complementary facilities.

Property layout aligned with investment goals

Although CORU House offers a range of versatile accommodations, it is primarily designed for short-term stays. Reflecting this focus, the apartments are equipped with basic kitchenettes and the property includes communal facilities such as gym, a laundry and utility rooms. The tiered structure of the apartments gives guests the flexibility to upgrade their stay to higher standard options, effectively driving the targeted returns.

Setting up the technology infrastructure

We established a comprehensive technology infrastructure, focusing on deployment, continuous monitoring, and providing high-speed internet tailored to our guests' needs. This system integrates seamlessly with our property management for remote operations and supports IoT devices like electronic locks and camera systems, improving security and experience for our guests.

Uniform design with home-like feeling

Unlike MIZU House, CORU House has a uniform design from the welcoming lobby to the spacious maisonettes that crown the top floor. Meticulously designed by the client's team, each apartment offers a home-like atmosphere, with a consistent style reflected in the colour schemes and furnishings. Apartments range from compact studios to luxurious maisonettes. The property is complemented by a new gym and our tranquil courtyard provides a peaceful retreat from the bustling city streets.
In projects like this, it is common for the interior of each apartment to look identical in the end. This saves time and money for the operator. We have chosen to highlight the originality of each apartment, creating stylistically different homes. Each guest can choose the one that suits them best and enjoy their stay with us even more

We had a wonderful stay at Coru house. The apartment was exactly as described and in a great location. You can easily take the metro or the tram to get to old town and most of the attractions. Host was super responsive and quick with any issues that we had. We definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I recommande this place, it’s very well located, the building is well maintained, you have access to a gym with good équipement, washer dryer (soap provided) and the suite was fully stocked as well. I was there for 3 weeks and I had everything I needed. The management company is professional and communicated very well with us, quick response time and helpful.

We stayed in November 23 and it is almost comparable to a 4 star hotel. The facilities are brand new and the apartments are all equipped with everything you need for small meals. The sheets and towels are of very good quality and the whole apartment is super clean. The staff at all times has been in contact with us for any request, I will definitely stay again when I return to Prague.

The flat was absolutely tidy and comfortable, the staff was really healpfull and reacted to all our questions or requests. Also, this appartment has perfect location - a stones throw food stores, restaurants and all types of public transport including undeground. It is good money for value.
